After more than 24 years in strategic HR and leadership roles across Kuwait’s demanding Banking sector and international projects, I founded FDK Consultancy because I saw too many talented teams held back by outdated structures, unclear direction, or disconnected leadership. My mission is simple: help forward-thinking organizations build cultures where people thrive and business results follow naturally.

Philosophy

I Didn't Start a Consultancy. I Started a Mission.

After 24 years inside some of the GCC's most demanding organizations — navigating banking sector pressures, leading HR transformations, and sitting at the table where real strategic decisions get made — I reached a turning point.

Not because I was unhappy. But because I kept seeing the same problem from the inside: brilliant leaders, capable teams, and ambitious organizations held back not by lack of talent, but by the systems around them. Outdated structures. HR functions that operated as administrators rather than strategic partners. Leadership pipelines that looked strong on paper but crumbled under real pressure.

I had the tools to fix it. I had built them, tested them, and refined them across decades of real-world experience. What I didn't have was the freedom to apply them on my own terms — with the depth, honesty, and pace that real transformation requires.

So I built FDK Consultancy.

What I Believe

I believe HR is not a support function — it is the engine of every organization that wants to grow with intention.

I believe GCC organizations face a distinct set of challenges that generic, Western-imported frameworks simply don't address: nationalization pressures, family-business dynamics, rapid scaling, and a workforce that spans generations and cultures simultaneously.
