With over 24 years of senior HR leadership in Kuwait's demanding banking sector, Feras Al Darmi is a proven strategist who has successfully transformed human resources functions, built high-performing cultures, and aligned talent strategies with business objectives.
In December 2025, Feras founded FDK Consultancy, a boutique advisory firm dedicated to delivering battle-tested HR solutions, Total Rewards design, executive coaching, and organizational transformation exclusively for ambitious organizations across the GCC.
Previously, as General Manager of Human Resources at Kuwait International Bank (KIB), Feras led comprehensive HR strategies, exceeded Kuwaitization targets, implemented advanced HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors), founded KIB Academy, launched the award-winning Waed leadership program, and collaborated with global firms like McKinsey, Aon Hewitt, and McLagan on compensation benchmarking, organizational health, and employee engagement initiatives.
